From I-70, at the Missouri River Bridge, go north on Fifth Street to the second stop light at Boone's Lick Rd. Go right on Boone's Lick to South Main Street. The Conservatory is located at the corner of South Main Street and Boone's Lick Rd. This is the entrance to the Historic District.
